OneSavvyScholar is a digital platform helping working students discover employers that help pay for college.

Each year, millions of students take on student loan debt without realizing that many companies offer tuition reimbursement programs that can cover part or all of their degree.

OneSavvyScholar is building a curated database of employers offering tuition reimbursement, making it easier for students to find jobs that help fund their education.

Help working students graduate with less debt and more opportunity.

The Role:

We are seeking a Research Intern to help expand our growing database of companies offering tuition reimbursement benefits.

This role is ideal for a student interested in:

  • education access
  • workforce development
  • research and data analysis
  • startup environments

You will help identify and verify companies offering tuition reimbursement programs and assist in building one of the most comprehensive databases of education benefits available to working students.

Responsibilities

  • Identify companies offering tuition reimbursement programs
  • Gather source links
  • Verify policy details
  • Categorize companies by industry
  • Compile research findings into database entries
  • Assist with expanding the OneSavvyScholar database

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior in college
  • Strong research and internet investigation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Interest in education access, career pathways, or workforce benefits
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
